Our beautiful onsite restaurant, Waterfront Bistro+Cocktails, is truly the star dining destination in Shark Bay. With floor-to-ceiling windows framing a breathtaking view of swaying palms and turquoise water, lush green foliage and a charming outdoor terrace, there truly is nowhere else like it in Shark Bay! With plenty of seating, from cosy corners for intimate cocktails, an outside lounge and beanbags for soaking in the sunset or a table by the window, Waterfront Bistro+Cocktails is a truly sublime place to while away an afternoon or enjoy a delicious dinner. Open daily for lunch and dinner, we pride ourselves on a menu centred on fresh, local seafood, and as the only cocktail bar in Shark Bay, you can expect a tempting selection of location inspired cocktails, crafted by our master mixologists. A fine selection of wines with a focus on the best of Western Australia is available, as is a selection of craft beers including Little Creatures and Single Fin, and of course no visit would be complete without trying our very own Shark Bay Lager.
